Returns Policy

Since all of our cases are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 10 days to arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within four weeks of initiating the return process. This timeframe includes the time it takes for the return shipment to reach us (5 to 10 business days), processing the return (3 to 5 business days), and your bank processing the refund (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return a damaged item, please log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, though some restrictions may apply based on product type and destination.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-15 business days. Shipping and delivery dates will be estimated based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you select. These estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page during checkout.

Shipping rates are weight-based, and the weight for each item can be found on its detail page. To align with shipping company policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
