Product Care for Your CaseMe 2-Piece Phone Cases
Our 2-piece phone cases are made from durable polycarbonate (hard outer shell) and TPU (soft inner layer), providing both protection and style. To keep your case in top shape, follow these care instructions:
1. Cleaning Your Case
- Outer Shell (Polycarbonate): Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the hard shell. For tougher stains, use mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools, as they can scratch the surface.
- Inner Layer (TPU): Clean the soft TPU layer with a microfiber cloth or a damp cloth with mild soap. Be sure to rinse and dry it thoroughly before reassembling.
2. Avoiding Extreme Conditions
- Heat and Sunlight: Polycarbonate and TPU can become weakened if exposed to direct sunlight or high heat for extended periods. Avoid leaving your case in places like a hot car dashboard.
- Moisture: While TPU is resistant to moisture, it’s best to keep your case dry. If your case does get wet, remove your phone and dry both pieces completely before reassembling.
3. Handling and Assembly
- When putting your case on or removing it, gently separate the two pieces to avoid damaging the materials. Align the TPU layer first, then snap the polycarbonate shell on securely.
4. Storage
- If not in use, store both pieces in a cool, dry place to prevent warping or discoloration.
